With your options being limited by the giant monster before you, you take up a longsword made of elder dragon bone and a suit of armor crafted from wyvern scales (what a happy coincidence that you should just happen to have those nearby). A fierce battle ensues, the two of you tumbling, diving and striking with peerless precision. You roll aside from the cat's lunges, taking opportunistic slashes every time he swats and misses. As the combat progress, you're both taking damage, but you manage a terrible blow which leaves the monster limping. You have only a brief window to act before it gets away.
