Climb the rock face.

While there are easier routes, you're interested in mounting this cliff and earning the view from the top. The cliff is a straight incline, but there are enough tiny ledges that you can slip in some fingers or toes just often enough to ascend. The cliff is huge, but you climb it like a spider. You're about three-quarters of the way up when you can no longer reach the next hand hold. You don't want to jump for the next one, but even that is safer than trying to climb back down at this point. You make the leap, giving it everything you have. You connect, lodging your fingers just where they need to be, and you feel a brief moment of relief. That brief moment crumbles like a thin shaky ledge with sudden weight thrown on it when...well, when that happens. You manage to miss more than a couple impacts with the wall and die a relatively painless end.

You still get full marks for effort.
