You accept the offer gleefully and head off with the women. You're not sure exactly where you're going; there aren't really a lot of residences out this way, or even much of anything else. Eventually you come upon a building which could be a house, thought it doesn't look the part. The inside is open and bare, with only a single bed to take up any space.
One woman undresses and lays on the bed while the other wraps her arms around you. She's looking at you, the woman on the bed, with hungry eyes. She spreads her legs and...wait, what's that? Does that have teeth? You're struggling, trying to get away, but the woman holding you is impossibly strong and she's pushing you in, feeding you to that...what is that? Whatever it is, its teeth are sharp, and it consumes you quickly.
