With your new animal companion, you set about locating the nefarious guild of assassins. You don't know anything about them, but you assume a group like that exists, and your cat friend says he has a lead. He takes you to a large seemingly-abandoned building and leads you inside. Once inside, he turns to look at you and says, "We're here. My mission is complete."
"What mission?" you ask. The answer doesn't come from your companion; it comes from the knife sliding between your ribs from behind.
"I'm sorry," the cat says, "but as a member of the guild, I just couldn't have you snooping around."
