Go out with friends and try to meet new people.

With the money from your father's death to fall back on, you've got ample time to go out and socialize. Most of the people you know are fairly busy and relatively tight with money, but they loosen up a little with you footing the bill. In fact, as long as you're paying, they loosen up a lot. In your grief, you neglect to see how you're being used, and roll through all of your money in less than a year. Once your money is gone, so are your friends, leaving you destitute, unemployed, and alone. Within the next few weeks, you slowly wither away and die from some combination of malnutrition and depression.

Death by depression is perhaps the most painful way to go.
